2. The Furnace design is proficient in providing maximum heat transfer with minimum fuel input which helps in reducing the operational costs. There is maximum heat transfer because the high velocity burners arrive at high exit flue velocity creating high turbulence and high circulation of furnace gases inside the furnace. This also helps in optimised fuel consumption.
3. The Furnace requires low maintenance costs and is highly reliable since there are minimum numbers of burners leading to minimum requirement of spares. These burners are compatible with multiple fuels like Oil, LPG, and Natural Gas etc. Since the burners operate with low excess air with high fire the emission levels also reduce substantially.
4. The response towards the load changes is very fast because of increased convection heat transfer irrespective of loading in the furnace or temperature level in the high velocity furnace.
5. High Kettle Life because uniform heating adds years to kettle life.
6. There is improved temperature uniformity because the high velocity flame leads to more recirculation of combustion gases thereby supporting economical fuel usage and uniform temperature.
